Guided and self-guided tours are available to groups for Dia Beacon. Reservations are required and must be made at least three weeks before the date of the tour. Reservations can be made up to five months in advance and are subject to availability. Confirmation of your reservation is required.

School Tours
Dia Beacon requires guided tours for school groups grades K–12. Facilitated by educators, school tours foster student-centered inquiry and active learning through engagement with the collection and special exhibitions.

All school group tours are offered by appointment and during open hours only. Reservations must be made at least three weeks in advance, but no more than five months in advance. Confirmation of your reservation is required. Self-guided K-12 tours are not permitted. Schedule a school group tour for Dia Beacon.

Guided Groups including Colleges & Universities
Guided tours are led by gallery guides. Tours provide a one-hour overview of the galleries and are available during open hours. Each guide can lead up to 20 people; larger groups require an additional guide. To see fees, which include the price of the guide, read about how to schedule a group tour for Dia Beacon.

Self-Guided Groups including Colleges & Universities 
Self-guided groups, including universities are welcome and may be eligible for discounted group admission (for K-12 school groups, visit our School Groups section). For self-guided groups larger than 10, please schedule a self-guided visit in advance by completing a group tour request form for Dia Beacon, which includes information about fees.
