Jeffrey Weiss
is a senior curator at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, New York, where he co-runs the Panza Collection Initiative, a Mellon Foundation study project devoted to the museum’s holdings in Minimal, Postminimal, and Conceptual art. In 2008 he served as director of Dia Art Foundation, leaving to return to academic and curatorial work. Widely published on topics of modern and postwar art, his writing is regularly featured in Artforum. Recent projects include a systematic catalogue of the early object sculptures of Robert Morris (Yale University Press, 2014) and the exhibition On Kawara—Silence, which took place at the Guggenheim in 2015.
