How can I purchase or reserve tickets online?
Tickets can be purchased (or reserved by current members) online at https://diaart.org/visit/tickets.

When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets for the following month will be released on the 15th day of the current month at 9 am EST.

Why are the tickets timed? How much time do I have for my visit?
Timed ticketing helps with visitor flow throughout the galleries. Having our visitors arrive at different times helps avoid crowding in the galleries, the cafe, and the bookshop. Once checked in, visitors are welcome to stay for as long as they like, up until closing.

Are children required to have tickets even though they get in for free?
Yes, tickets are required for all visitors. Admission for children 4 years and younger is free, while admission for children aged 5–11 is $5. 

What if I am running late or miss my time slot?
We understand that sometimes our visitors may not be able to arrive during their arrival hour. Tickets are valid anytime on the ticket date.

Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?
Same-day and walk-up tickets are available.  We strongly recommend purchasing tickets online and in advance if possible.

There are a lot of tickets available online, can I just show up?
Visitors with uncertain schedules can purchase tickets onsite. That being said, we strongly recommend tickets are purchased online to avoid long lines and guarantee admission.

Can I book multiple orders for a large group?
All groups of 10 or more must fill out a Group Request Form in advance located on our Group Tours page.

Can I give my tickets to a friend?
Ticket purchases are transferable, so they can be gifted by forwarding the eTickets to a friend.

Can I change my ticket time or date?
Ticket time and dates can be rescheduled by contacting our ticket team at 845-231-0811or tickets@diaart.org at least 24 hours before the visit.  The order number should be handy for timely assistance.  

I am eligible for free or reciprocal museum admission. How do I book my tickets?
Please fill out our Dia Beacon Free Admission Reservations Request form. For any questions about eligibility, please contact our ticket team at 845 –231 0811 or tickets@diaart.org.

I am interested in becoming a member, but I already purchased tickets. What do I do?
To purchase a new membership, visit the Information Desk near the bookshop on the day of the visit.   The ticket purchase price will be applied to the new membership cost.  Please inquire at the Information Desk for assistance.

I am receiving an error message on my eTicket email, what should I do?
Please call us at 845 –231 0811 for assistance.
