The exhibition of work by German artist Blinky Palermo at the Dia Art Foundation, 548 West 22nd Street, has been re-installed in a new configuration. The exhibition consists of a painting in 15 parts composed of 40 panels, titled To the People of New York City (1976). The new installation will remain on view through June 19, 1988.

Blinky Palermo was born in Leipzig, Germany, in 1943. He died in the Maldives in 1977.
