Christopher Williams was born in 1956 in Los Angeles, where he lives and works. Among his many solo shows are recent exhibitions at the Museu Serralves, Porto (2006); David Zwirner, New York (2006); Secession, Vienna (2005); and Galerie Gisela Capitain, Cologne (2004). A group of works by John Chamberlain is on view at Dia: Beacon. An exhibition devoted to Chamberlain’s foam works was presented at the Chinati Foundation, Marfa, TX in 2005.
